As a creative technology pioneer (18 patents, several publications) and an entrepreneur, Ramesh Panuganty launched & exited four start-ups: three were acquired, the latest one gives a “play” button for enterprise data. Ramesh has envisioned how emerging technologies can be applied to creatively solve enterprise problems ahead of the competitors and has helped establish new product lines that preempted markets. He created the market categories of “cloud management platforms”, “conversational analytics” and now looking to grow “click-less intelligence”. Each of the start-ups was inspired by envisioning new market solutions as breakthroughs in the highly competitive technology space in different verticals. His focus has always been to develop market-leading innovations and breakthroughs, to make a case for them, organize and lead inspired teams, and preempt competition to conquer markets. This mantle required me to not just focus on technology and products, but also on the markets, competition, business growth, team leadership, and optimum resource management.

Roy Erez

CEO/ Co-Founder, Loop / Acq by Synchrony, past Executive and...

Former military officer -> to venture capitalist -> to startups senior exec -> to Founder & CEO thru a successful acquisition -> GM at a Fortune 200 company as part of the acquisition -> Angel Investor and Advisor

Most recently, I was the Co-Founder and CEO of Loop Commerce, a company disrupting fintech, retail and commerce with its multi-patented, award-winning GiftNow® technology and service, working with top tier enterprise customers and partners. I started the company in 2012, raised $30mm from tier-1 industry leaders, scaled it thru the acquisition by Synchrony in mid-2018. Continued to run Loop as a wholly owned subsidiary as CEO and as a GM and SVP with Synchrony until departing in mid-2020.

These days I have the pleasure supporting great start-up founders and CEOs as an active early stage angel investor and advisor – directly, and as an LP and advisor in a few venture capital firms. Sharing my experiences, beliefs and mantras as they face their own challenges and opportunities. Topics of focus include the art of storytelling, sales and business development, fund raising, product and go-to-market strategy from MVP to scale, company culture and hires, and other endless daily misc the founders and CEO faces.

Categories focus and expertise include (but not limited to): enterprise SaaS – corporate to SMBs, fintech, digital commerce and retail, platforms and solutions targeting B2B/B2C/B2B2C.

I have a passion for innovation. Bringing to market and growing great products and businesses, especially those disrupting and creating new categories. A believer in getting things done – knowing that at any given phase there are challenges to overcome (or better yet, get ahead of) that require a vision, mission, passion, drive, strategy, incredible storytelling, and creativity, alongside a strong, purpose driven team and culture – to make it big.

Sigmund Anderman

Founder of American Home Shield Corporation, Founder, President, CEO and...

Sig led and founded two companies who completely changed the US markets – “American Home Shield Corporation”, the pioneering home warranty company that he helped found in 1973 and then since 1998, he was the founder, the President, the CEO and later the Chairman of Ellie Mae, Inc., now the country’s leading provider of automation software for the mortgage industry ($3.4B), originate and fund approximately 40 percent of all residential mortgages in the United States. In his early career, Sig worked for the law firm of Winer, Neuburger and Sive (now Sive, Paget and Reisel), which specialized in corporate and environmental law. Sig was, along with his partner, David Sive, part of the legal team handling the pioneering lawsuits that energized and defined the environmental movement in America. Among the many landmark cases Anderman participated in was Scenic Hudson Preservation Conference v. Federal Power Commission (1971). Another notable case was Committee for Nuclear Responsibility, Inc. v. Schlesinger (1971), argued before the U.S. Supreme Court – on a Saturday, for only the second time in the history of the Court. That case, which sought to enjoin the government’s testing of a nuclear bomb under Amchitka Island, Alaska was eventually lost, but brought widespread public attention to the issues and risks of underground nuclear bomb testing and its potential environmental damage. Sig also started CompuFund, Inc., a computerized mortgage origination company, founded in 1982; and Inspectech, Inc., a computerized home inspection service, founded in 1992. Philanthropy Sig Anderman is Chairman of the Anderman Family Foundation, a San Francisco philanthropy he established to support environmental protection, the arts, medical research and social justice initiatives. Zohar Ilinetsky

General Manager & Partner at Green Bay Remodeling, Real Estate...

I’ve been a people-person ever since I uttered my first words. Growing up in a conflict-ridden country with poverty all around me, my ability to connect with a diverse array of people is what kept me thriving. As I became more aware of this ability, I grew fascinated with the human mind and capacity to better oneself. Since then I’ve been on a quest to maximize my human potential. Fast forward 20 years… I am an entrepreneur, real estate developer, investor, LP of multiple prestigious VCs and partner of one of America’s fastest growing private companies. I have trained dozens of individuals in art and science of sales, marketing, communication, and management. The nuts and bolts of my growth stems from the relationships I’ve formed along the way, and continue to cultivate. When I rise up, I bring others up with me. Every company, every team, every project I engage with is an opportunity – a chance to train others to maximize their potential, and therefore maximize the value of the group.
